An immersion into Sicilian nature and country traditions
In every time of the year, the Sicilian country is fascinating, especially where we will bring you, a little piece of paradise located between Castelbuono and the Tyrrhenian coast.
We will walk among fields, olives trees and above all ash trees, which are still used to produce manna, a very local specialty.
We will stop on the top of a hill to enjoy fantastic views over the Madonie mountains and all the surrounding country. We will also take the time to observe wildflowers and butterflies, pick some wild edibles or medicinal plants, sow legumes, harvest wheat or even manna together. The activities will vary according to the period of the year.
